After adding your tables in the dashboard, QR codes are generated automatically. Print them from the browser or download as PDF. Each table gets a unique QR code.
When a customer scans a QR code, the restaurant owner/staff sees the request on their dashboard. They can approve or reject it before the customer can place orders. This prevents abuse and fake orders.
Yes! QRvo supports group ordering. The first person to scan becomes the session owner. Others can request to join, and the owner approves each member. Everyone can add items to the shared order.
QRvo never replaces your waiters — it augments them. Customers who prefer traditional service can still call a waiter using the QR page. The waiter can then enter the order on their behalf.
Currently each account manages one restaurant. Multi-location support is on our roadmap for Phase 2.
